adversal on phpproxy 0.4 not .5

    I been searching for where to place adversal for the best results in phpproxy 0.4, all I have found is for version 0.5. I was wondering if anyone knew the best spot to paste adversal code. Thanks!

    well you and insert the code into the url_form.inc on phproxy .4 that way the ad/popup would appear on the proxied pages
