Adversal is a CPM network.

They are a CPM network, but they are pretty good. Their rates are competitive and I've never had an issue getting paid. I do get somewhat regular redirects (even when set for no redirects) on iOS devices, but they seem to have stopped redirects and unwanted pops from happening on other devices and on desktop (which most other CPM networks I've tried still have lots of).

I'd suggest using Adversal.

We are a programmatic / RTB network, so it depends on your website and inventory. The best way to see individual results is if you have an account, give the ad code a test drive for a couple of days.

Adversal is a programmatic RTB network, so eCPM is going to depend on factors such as geos, traffic quality, etc.. If you would like to PM me your URL, then maybe I can help by providing some tips for your site.
