Advantages Of Having more than one host?

I have seen some individuals here say that they use more than one host.

I got a really good deal on 3 years hosting on another host.

What are the advantages of using 2 hosts?

I am trying to decide if I should keep it.

 

they use more than one host because they have many domains.

if all site hosted in one domain , if the server fails suddenly then your last all your files.

if you have multiple host then you can have backups on the other of the current. and taking backups is so easy as it can be done via remote

website 1 backup at website 2 and vice versa

if one fails we can restore it via anther

Some people like the security of hosting in multiple locations. One server goes down and everything you have is not down. One network is having troubles or an outage and not everything you have is down. BUT this can be resolved by using just one host the same as using multiple hosts. If your host has multiple datacenter locations, multiple BW providers, etc. Simply getting servers on different routes will accomplish the same protection and also allow you to build a strong relationship with your host.

 

That's better to use one and reliable.
