Hi, I know that Using of Drupal is a major plus for Non programmers to mange Content, is there any thing other plus in using Drupal CMS.

Drupal is not a CMS it's a framework. You can build a CMS using Drupal. If you need simple CMS don't use Drupal. If you are building bigger site then Drupal gives you a lot of advantages.

Drupal offers a ton of flexibility. If you're building a robust site and have a good grasp of CSS, html, etc. then Drupal will allow you to do whatever you want. I find it easier to use than WordPress, but if I didn't have good web fundamentals then I'd probably stick to something like WordPress.
