Advantages and Disadvantages of having sub-domain ?

    hey guys hope you could help me with the question. I am thinking of making a new gaming site with my existing site domain. I am not talking about google sub domain i am talking about my site sub domain. I just want to know its advantages and disadvantages. Hope you guys will help me out :]

    It doesnt have any dis advantage unless both domain used for same niche!

    But make sure the main domain is related to gaming!
