    The market is full

    You need to invest some good money

    And i don't see advantages when there are some ig "fish" out there that monopol the market

    I am also interested in the payouts.

    The market is full that's true but there are ways around that.

    For example if you run a free hosting business and your users have subdomains like mysite.hostingsite.com for their sites many of them would love to register their own domains. This is just one idea. I'm sure there are more.
