I'm looking for a video plugin for Wordpress that will let me add FLV videos (upload directly from the desktop), and display it in a Wordpress page, of course...but also show the # of times it was viewed, allow people to download it by clicking a button, and rate it with a 1-5 star rating...is there such a thing, or anything similar?

AFC sounds great - I just wish it had a "download this video" feature. I agree with your ratings idea - thanks for posting this!
