    1) I have a "root keyword" (6600 Local Monthly Searches, USA, [Exact]; Market Samurai SEO Competition mostly green - Google AdWords keyword tool number is 0, which is the lowest possible)
    2) I found quite a lot of related keywords and created 32 categories for the most searched, and relevant as category names
    3) I want to write 3 posts a day, so I created a schedule based on Search Volume (so for the highest traffic categories I am gonna write 30, 30, 24, 20, 10 posts <out of 270 - 3 posts a day - 90 posts a month> and 6 for the remaining 27 - just to keep it filled with something for the search engines etc)
    4) I assigned keywords to MAIN CATEGORY KEYWORDS ALSO and the busiest ones have about 40-50 keywords in them, the rest something between 0 - 10)

So I have the root keyword, category keywords (which are category names and main navigation) and also the root keyword in the domain name. I addes some plugins so I will be able to control ALL the SEO elements like meta description, H1, image names and alt descriptions etc. With all that I am wondering what would be the best way to do that now when following the schedule...

I know that I need to do siloing and dont dilute the content of the page, thats why I wat to stick only to the keywords that are assigned to particular cateogry, but I am wonerding what would be the best way to use all the info that I already have in the next 90 days.... (3 posts per day)

Thank you in advance for any info.

You don't have to worry too much about this, if you have that much content you can even add 4-5 posts daily . Be sure to work on offsite SEO too , as content is very important but if you don't rank it up it will be a waste of time.

I know I need to be getting links. I read somewhere that is best to start slower and then increase the number as the times goes by (like 15 first month, 30 second, 45 third etc...). I am also gonna be working on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and I was able to get vanity domains with one of the better keywords (something like 70% of the top). I know I have all the info that I need to get it started, but I am still not 100% sure if this is the right way to do it (in general yes - but should I use 60+ keywords in only one category, lets say in 30 posts, or maybe limit it to 10 only, how to spread it all out etc). I want to have about 300 words per page (which is 6 Wordpress posts per page), but when I started writing it looks like it will be about 100 per post - so 600 words per page. The pages are gonna be changing too, but I am gonna be sticking to ecactly the same keywords within each category. I know that I have all the elements to get it started, I am just not 100% percent sure how should I "execute" it now within the next 3 months...

I am doing something like: I get a category name, assign 5 keywords to it (from the list that I mentioned before) and mark them as used on spreadsheet and then I write a post with these keywors. I guess I would be looking for info on what would be a "professional" way to do it... If there would be a SEO company, with 10 - 50 employees (or whatever) - how would they be writing posts like this etc... (like you get a memo - use this category this day, use this keywords with it etc...)
I want to organize it so I know exactly what I am doing and then repeat the same process on other blogs (I want to have about 5 total - and just get to the point where I look at that "order" go to the page, write a post according to the guidelines and forget about it etc - then go to the next etc). I want to organize it as much as I can so it is gonna be easier in the long run. In the end, when I get better - I can program posts in advance, and maybe write 10 per blog - 5 per day, so I can schedul posting in the future and start working on something else....

So I guess I am trying to figure out the best, "professional" way to do it now.

I am gonna be basing the other sites on the theme that I have for this one also. I am just gonna find some root keywords, get domains, find relevant keywords, run it all through Market Samurai (for PBR, SEO competition etc), create categories, create writing schedule and keywords that I am gonna be using and I gonna be able to repeat the whole process faster (again, in the end I want to look at the schedule, write for certain categories with certian keywords etc, move to the next, next, next and just get it out of the way to work on something else, as these 5 sites grow; also work on links and social media for few hours a day / or week also)
