I'm currently working on an ASP version, but I'm taking a while.. the php is really good, but not documented, so I have to go through and basically attempt to figure out what is being done so I can reproduce it in ASP... and I don't know PHP really well... so its been fun. Anyway.. hopefully I'll have something soon.
Wouldn't it just be easier to put the PHP script on a server that supports PHP? Surely people at least know someone that has a PHP enabled site? You can even get free PHP hosting accounts everywhere. You probably are going to have a difficult time trying to convert the serialize function, which (I think) is specific to PHP. Stuff gets serialized for transport to my end, then my end unserializes it.
I'd like an .asp version of the advanced script too. I'd be happy to donate a few dollars if someone will work on it. I have several sites that are already up and running in .asp, that I can't/won't convert to another system. ---> Unless someone is saying that the .php tracking script doesn't have to be on the site you are trying to track??? Can I have 1 .php tracking code on a site, and reference it for other sites that are in .asp? That would rock too. Charlie
>> just sign up for a free site on a free php host! So easy! Can anyone recommend a free PHP host that they have successfully used to run the advanced keyword tracker script? TIA, Dave
