I currently run a podcast network and do a weekly show with 2 other people, we currently all connect via skype and record via a program called Pamela, this isn't the best option as sound levels differ sometimes and Pamela has a tendency to crash, I have some money put aside to buy some hardware to record and edit, I've seen various podcasting packs around but they are based around one person (or two people) sitting across from each other in a room. If I bought a mixer would I be able to get each person on a separate track to record in something like sonar, I know the basis of the hardware that TWIT.TV uses however Leo does not go into detail about what he uses and the settings. I'm looking for an audio expert go hep me get this sorted out so the podcasts sound decent..
On the current issue of MacUser there's an article about producing video and audio podcasts. Might we worth a purchase!
Thanks pox, ill look into but most podcast articles seem to be based on the idea of one person podcasting or two people podcasting in the same room
