Because of the nature of the products I sell I need a cart with a built-in shipping management section that allows for custom shipping options on an individual item basis. Both of the carts I mentioned have this feature. I'm looking for other general feedback from anyone who may be using either of these carts. I'm interested to know how the SEO seems to you, the ease of customization etc.
