I want to discuss here what are the advance SEO techniques you use after optimizing your website after all the basic SEO things like..

- Regular posting
- Off and On page Optimization
- Social media Optimization
- Bookmarking
- Dofollow Blog commenting.
and many more.

What are the NEXT STEPS that you take after getting nice satisfying PR and regular optimum Unique visitors.

Plzz I am mentioning it earlier, don't mention any premature or basic steps that you take when you start doing SEO of any new website. I want to know what do you do for the Advance SEO.

I guess this would be a good discussion so I look forward that all the SEO gurus will contribute some good points.

Make your website more search engine friendly and user friendly, so you can Page Rank in Google,

and also about Keywords Ranking, just Go through Quality Link Building, so you will definitely boost up to for your keywords.

 

Do guest blogging for high-PR/high-traffic sites in your niche and link back to your own site within the articles. Hire an "advanced" SEO consultant.

 

Hack sites...jk...Buy links on relevant sites or do some paid postings...make sure to get in content links, not spammy blog rolls....that's one thing that everyone I know does. If your content on the site is worthy of natural links then do some good old fashioned networking.

we are doing a link wheel strategy and micro blogging or web 2.0 and that was very effective..especially when you link to relevant sites.

This board tends to be stuck around the older and lost methods of SEO and not really looking at the future.

Here are some new things that I've been focusing on recently.

Semantic tagging, RDFa microformatting - Google is the only one really utilizing them at the moment, but I think Bing is using a little as well
Vertical SERP optimization, getting presence in RTS results - Twitter, news optimization
Building link magnet campaigns - creating content that rewards linkers (contests, embeddable content/widgets, etc)
Improving CRs through SE traffic - tweaking landing pages to improve CRs

 

Launch a contest, it can get you links, traffic and visibility.

 

Here is another off-page technique that can contribute value when used properly...Writing and publishing articles on the web can help in 2 ways 1) It helps to establish that you are an authority on your subject of preference and 2) it helps to increase backlinks.

 

Agreed, great post. I'm just in the process of setting up a competition for one of my clients to hopefully generate some nice free backlinks.

Can anyone recommend any articles/guides on running a successful competition with the aim of getting backlinks?

What do you mean by the term "advanced SEO"? I've never heard of such gradation. The only SEO methods which are familiar to me are those which you've already mentioned...
