I signup yesterday and now it's 5 hours down.. what could have happened.. hmm.. I'm still waiting for their support reply.

 

No mails Sent out! All mails goto spam .... SQL server down frequently!

And even right now the server is down .....

 

I haven't got any response from their support team and yes, all their emails are located on my spam folder (gmails decision).

I hope they can explain this one..

I am sorry guys but the server is experiencing some temporary down time and will be up shortly, you will not be charged for the downtime seeing that it isn't your fault.
