adv. inside the videos

I would add some advertising right into the videos.
Is there an easy way to have adv., like Adsense, into videos?

How can I do to have adv. like this?

 

This is not possible with Adsense, as far as I know..

 

Try adbrite ... with adsense not possible now ...
