hey after hearing talk about it on here alot, im going to try it out, but what option makes most sense for not a lot of traffic? PPC, percentage, or signup...i think those are the option from what i remember of someone posting on another thread... any advice would be appreciated.
I did some affiliate work a few years back and found adult friend finder to be the best converting highest-paying network. The CPC program they offered was the most profitable, at least in the short-term. I've just got back in the game and have started promoting them again, but I think they've downwardly revised the CPC payout schedule. Most days I'm making a few cents, which is disappointing considering the traffic I'm generating. I also recall someone here saying their 1c payout (actually even less with poorer quality traffic) was "crappy". Are other webmasters having more success going for the per order deal? Logically, it seems like the per order deal would have to pay more for the greater volatility in terms of accruing sign-ups, leading to greater long-term profits. Are there other sites, maybe adult sites, which convert better?: I seemed to find that promoting anything else was just a waste of time. That "niche traffic" stuff just seems like guff: AFF comfortably beat everything, even traffic that was supposed to be non-adult and targetted towards other products. Diversification seemed to be loss-making.
For me, revshare worked best with AFF. For other dating aff programs (paying for free profile/signup) you should check the CPA networks, there are a lot of them, some of them converting pretty well if you have the right traffic...
I agree the quality of traffic is the most important, if you traffic ain't very good, don't waste it, otherwise it is better to stay with ppc
Excellent observation! Many people talk about traffic but a very few about uptime, without it you are nothing!
AdultFriendFinder is definately good for adult type traffic, I find alot of sites using theses. I see there banners all the time.
Out of all my cpa campaigns, Datinggold has always been the easiest to convert for me. Their like AFF, but I think they have hotter girls and pay quicker.
i think ppc is good option than others. i am getting good from that. % is slower i.e. chances are very low .

I used to have a website back in the day with Adultfinder as one on my main affiliates and they paid me $30 everytime someone signs up! pretty good huh? They drive lots of traffic toward your site I started out with them myself. Steve P.
Can you not have them wire it ACH? A check would have to be air mailed and they may not want to do that. Then you are looking at a week to 10 days min.
