man... did you ever work with any affiliate program? There are no such options... And if there would be someone making that kind of money than that person would have probably custom payment agreement, custom rates and so on. Plus usually you get whole amount... you can not request less... so you would have to make special agreement again But if there is no support than it is hard, isnt it.
