I think would I would reccomend is to affliate with other adult websites. Now I wont link to any, but just visit ANY porn site and it will have "Webmasters click here" they normally pay good.

 

Places like bangbros and such are great to affiliate with, they will give you the content in exchange for url redirects to them.
