Hello, Sorry if this is in the wrong section of if this will be frowned upon. I have been brainstorming websites that generate relatively high amounts of traffic and I have come to conclude that my next website should be an entertainment website with the usual games, videos etc. but instead with this one, it has an adult section. I'm thinking along the lines of drunkendelight.com, were the adult is just part of the site so that it doesn't turn into just another porno. Has anyone here ever done adult websites before? The main issue that comes to mind is the sourcing of the videos. I know most adult video is produced by production companies who will have copyrights on their work but on a lot of websites I have seen, the same videos are shown all across the web. Many websites post dozens of videos daily, surely they can't be requesting permission for each video? And as long as it isn't a full movie or anything..... what do you think? Any input is appreciated. The web design and development is the easy bit, but with a website like this it requires a bit more thought..... Thanks
Copyright violation is a crime. Just because others do it does not mean you can since you have no idea if those people own the rights to the videos or not. Additionally, many of the sites you visit with illegal content on them are risking lawsuits. Feel lucky?
There are actually tons of adult sponsors that will give you 2+ minute long clips for use in promotions....
