Adult tube site design needed

    I own and run a newly established adult tube site http://pussydropper.com I'm moving from phplinkdropper to smartplugs script and I need a new template designed. My budget is up to $80. I've done most of the work(layout) as you can see in the image below, borrowed alot of elements from another site. I now need someone with good graphic design skills to work on the logo etc.
