nope it's adult site as long as you have the permission to use the videos and pictures it should be fine bec i didn't put a thing on my adult site but it works fine got many sales and my sponsors are happy with everything i did
as long as you put up link codes given by the sponsor of that site where the content originates, you have permission to use it, and will make money off it also.
It is advisable to put the terms and conditions and any restrictions that you may want to add on. Cheers!
Allowing childern under the age of 18 to access an adult website would be "distributing obscene content to minors", which is a Federal Felony in the United States. That being said, an 18+ link is a good idea.
i was actually thinking of making my own porn site but it would get videos automatically instead of me uploading them or users.. it generates great porn content.. pm me if you want the script..
always make sure that minors are as restricted as possible to view it. Your index should be a disclaimer stating that no one under the age of 18 should enter etc with a link saying enter linking to your site. Also if a viewer has to register to view the content then this can help as a minor will lie about his age to view the content.
I'd strongly encourage you to have all users verify their birth date before allowing access. You can see examples of this on many of the top adult video sites.
