    I'm sure 90% of the standard SEO practices can be applied to an adult website, there isn't really a different seo field for mature and non-mature.

    I am having few high traffic keywords.If start building backlinks with anchor text as in usual seo, what will be the effect ?

    no its not true. advertisers are advertising their adult site on google with adwords. only adult sites google will ban is someting with child, teen, and sex that is not concentual. other that that, its fine with google.

    SEO is same for adults sites but only thing is that when you do links building, family friendly site will not link to your site. so you have to build links with other adult sites

    Adult website is ok with Google. Google is not going to ban you. However, be very careful while doing Directory Submissions and Article Submissions, select the appropriate category and in Link Building, link only to other adult websites, not with all others.

    I wouldn't even consider it, this niche is filled with very strong competitors, many
    are using black hat techniques, because they are not affraid to be banned

    SEO for adult related sites isn't really different from mainstream, the only real difference is that you have to be much more careful whom you want to deal with...no matter if link exchanges or any business deals, be aware that you'll face many cheaters, scammers and people with questionable business ethics.

    It's not like there are no reputable companies or trustworthy webmasters in adult, but I never faced so many people who run their business in a very unprofessional way in any other niche.
