someone know a good ppc that pay with paypal? i have a good domain but i haven't time to do a good site, so for now i'm thinking to do only some pages with same images where the users clicking go to the affiliate site... what you can suggest me? i thought to use blacklabelads or adultfriendfinder, but these doesn't pay with paypal and i don't know if with these i can use them link with my images...
