OK, say i wanted to create my own porn website, and i don't have unique clips etc what material could i use, as i know all these porn sites out here all dont have unique material, so if i copied off a website could i face legal issues, and also if i downloaded off file sharing networks could i face legal issues, if so how would i go about getting material for such a site.

Just search Google for Adult Affiliate Programs . I think that most of the affiliate programs are free and they also provide you with your website . You just have to register domain name and you can go with sales. Even hosting is done on the servers which they own.
