    If your site has a lack of natural value, then work on it to develop it, and sell it when you see fit!

    Exactly, but there should be plenty of ways to develop it into something unique... It could be a great domain name if the developer puts time into it...

    Is it getting some traffic? I have 2 adult domains which gets decent traffic but does not even earn 10% of normal domains from parking (as adult keyword payn only 2 cents per click)
    So if undeveloped you may not get any buyer.
