Adult information blog without EXIT/ENTER page: Illegal??

I'm thinking of developing an adult information blog (or article site) that is not going to have any adult photos . I was wondering if I would still be required to put the EXIT/ENTER page to prevent minors from accessing the blog, or can I just design it as a normal blog. I've seen a number of adult blogs without any ENTER/EXIT page, many of them containing graphic pornography. There are also such blogs that do not contain pornographic images in their content but include pornographic advertisements (eg. www . 1naughtyblog . com).

I'd appreciate if you could provide any input on the legality of all this.

    Thanks

I'm not certain, and I think it depends on your country of origin, but I don't think you need to have an enter exit gateway if you clearly mention in your site description/title that you're an adult page. You could also use the ISRB meta rating tag to label your site as containing or pertaining to sex and nudity.
