Just out of curiosity, the OP didn't mention anything about the adult content not being legal, so why would you recommend offshore providers?

i think you have to go for image hosting provider, which will provide you good uptime and high bandwidth. but as you have mention its adult images, then vps or semidedicated server is suitable for you with managed hosting provider.you should have to concern the IT lawful hosting provider such that laws wont be sticky to you afterwords
