    This domain doesn't make any sense to me. What is a Panty Hacker? Personally, I'd say $0 unless I'm missing something???

    I can see why it wouldn't make sense to you....

    A Panty Hacker would be a slang term for someone who gets into a chicks panties for sexual reasons.

    It goes off the hacking reference of social engineering, meaning that you can use the same tactics that you would socially engineer someone to get information out of them to also get into there panties.

    Its called GAME.
