If you sign up for paid per unique clicks then you will not get paid, well at least many people experienced it. When the payout date comes they will convert your program into percentage payout and you will lose your earning. Also they will email you that the traffic you sent is not eligible for payment. Per order payout is better, $100 per gold membership (offers ended June 30, I don't know it will be back to $90 or not) You don't need to think any conversion ratio, unique clicks or male/female sign ups. What you will see is as long as you got people upgrade to gold membership, you will got paid. But, there're some facts that AFF shave affiliates commission. I have a relative made around $2000 last month from that per order payout and then the account was suspended on the payout day, they said it's due to excessive chargebacks which is bullshit! In fact, I also promote their per order payout and still get paid so far. I earn less than $400 for every period. I might conclude that they will not pay if you earn big money.
