1.i sent them the tax informations,W-8 and it's Written :
Tax Info: Yes ( Approved )

now i just want to now when i will receive my payment .

where do you find "Tax Info: Yes ( Approved )" ?
I'm waiting for my first payout too.

 

it's Written on my stats page like that :

1. i sent the tax info W-8 with the fax .. befor it was writing : Tax Info: No ( )
but now it's writing : Tax Info: Yes ( Approved )

2. now i have a payoneer mastercard , but i have never get paid ( cheque )
[ i didn't activate my card yet ]
what i want to now it's : if i want to receive my money with the mastercard , should i receive at least one payment befor i activate my card or no .
and, if not, i want to now how much time i need to wait befor they send the cheque ?

Well...you might have send them irrelevant traffic so they banned you.
I don't trust adult friend finder because they really suck and you can't earn enough cash promoting it.
Although, there are several good affiliate programs, you can try.

too high traffic, but poor signup, poor sales. U just increase your traffic linked to your adultfriendfinder affiliate. Yeap I know they accept blind link but if it poor signup, poor sales so U got convert or if to extreme U got banned! read their TOS. Coz I ever got converted from pay per click unique visitor to pay percentage. I was lucky because I was not banned coz the sale of every month are always renewal still got some pretty $200 each month
