Probably not. Google is anti-smut. I think you can be a porn peddler or a legit advertiser.

i guess its not. you have to read the google tos. you will be banned. so don't use aff

Don't put google adsense and adult friend finder on the same page. No erotic, nakded, ... on pages with google adsense.

 

I am using adsense and friendfinder ads at the same page,i didnt check adult friend finder but friend finder ads are ok to use!

 

adsense doesn;t allow adult content. AFF will have either erotic banner or text link ads therefore you site might be considered as a site of an adult nature. even if your site is not adult, its risky.
