I am looking to start promoting an affilitate program for dating sites, can anyone suggest the best way to find and introduce affiliates who have enough SE knowledge to make a go of it. The sites are free on a number of sub domains or you can register your own domain and they will put a standard template up, you then have access to customise html and some areas of the content. I already have 5 affiliates, but they are struggling to understand how to promote the sites other than using adwords. I am helping them but it takes a lot of time so I would like to find people who know what they are doing. I get 10% commission on sales and they get between 35% and 75% depending on the numebr of members their specific site(s) sign up per month.
