Can I use formal language about pornography or sex videos in adsense sites as like wiki or newspaper in different country?
I don't think so but there is probably an advertising network like adsense specifically for the pornography industry. I don't think Adsense has any advertisers for pornography sites so they wouldn't be able to give you relevant ads anyway.
I completely agree with you. I saw that one of my friend has a website with pornographic content and few months later google banned this site to showing google ads. They are very strict about that.

I know this TOS .I will not use adult photo.Just the adult life of a city.Not any slag language or any image. Just like a national newspaper publish adult issue in their newspaper.
