I'm looknig for an ad network which accept adult sites and have min cpm setting already using exoclick (need one for unsold) tried ero -> no setting juicyads -> layout is cancer trafficstar -> need ages to activate ad zones trafficjunky -> ages to approve site adnium -> no setting pays just pennies
