I have looking up some adult affiliate programs and just wanted to know if they are legit. Hence, I am came here. IDK if this is the right location or the adult tab. I posted here because it seems more a advice column rather then a transaction place. Hey mpatel, I used to work in adult...i have not heard of any of those aff programs (does not mean they're not legit) but something to consider... how much volume are you planning on doing? i'm gonna be blunt...if you do really good traffic i'd go with a well funded network, possibly one that has a sub-adult network of a mainstream network. You're probably still hearing about how people got screwed by madison ave...this can't guarantee it but it will definitely help to get w/in a network that has some $ backing it from other verticals also...adult didn't do too hot last year...in terms of revenue at least. if you think you can push a lot of leads i'd go with one of the big networks that have internal adult services. If you don't do a lot of volume...honestly you'll probably be better off with someone you haven't heard of because you won't hear back from the big guys nor will you get the attention you need if approved and don't deliver desired volume. See if you can get on a net-7 or net-15 (again, that's often granted w/ good performance so it might be difficult to try to get on at first) and hope they don't go under before the next payout. feel free to PM or hit me up on icq if you have other questions or want some more direction or network recommendations (i would post here but being that i rep a network, i don't want to be posting my personal preferences all over...you know how it goes) good luck!
