I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good affiliate program that will also co-brand? By that I mean an affiliate that will provide a hosted turn-key site under my domain name with both good content and revenue sharing. I ask because I don't want to run a porn site or worry about content. However, I would like to do more than just park my domain somewhere or forward my traffic to some drop page on a third party affiliate site in hopes of getting a sign-up fee or two. Your feedback is much appreciated.
Thanks for the recommendations, but I still have yet to find an affiliate that truly co-brands a domain name with a turn-key site. These sites provide banner links and some content, but they still really either only give you the option to either build/host the site yourself or just dump your traffic on them.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I did a lot of searching and I found a pretty cool co-brandable cam site at LiveJasmin. You can find it listed under their affiliate services. I'm still looking for a co-brandable video feeds site, so if you know of one, please let me know.
