Adult advertising, what to use?

    I have a site that's getting quite big and i wonder how i can monitize it, what addprogram should i use? i currently have totemcash but that is not working to well, anyone got any suggestions ?

    You can use their banner, popunder, slider & other ads ...
    Also , you can try some Adult CPA networks. try different CPA offers, ads, and ad positions.

    There are good number of adult networks. Plugrush and exoclick are well known adult ad networks.
