    With over a years business behind us, we are able to negotiate premium rates from partnering agencies, increasing our offering to our publishers in terms of CPC and delivery.

    i used them like in the begging of this year, at that time the rates were reasonable, but lately have been crap :S, i expecting their cpm system announced on their site... but they are not scam, i got paid once ;)
