That's 6.6c a click ... what ad format was that on?

Remember the real power with AdToll is when you build momentum selling ads on our site. We have some sites doing extremely well!

To help you with this we have recently added "Autopricing" so that your prices can stay up to date with market demands etc... have a read of it at http://blog.adtoll.com/2007/11/28/autopricing-released/

    Any questions let me know!

Seems like a low CTR. Are the ads being displayed relevant to your target audience? What is your overall Bounce Rate across the site?

Bad CTR i think. You should modify ads placement first then ads format.
I never heard about adtoll yet. Is it worth it to try?

    Of course it is Komrad.

theforumplace, I'm assuming you have ads on a forum? Forums typically have a low CTR due to user ad blindness, but it would be worthwhile emailing your account manager for assistance on ad placement etc. Nice CPC though, I too am wondering what Ad Format it is.

There is also an information page: http://www.adtoll.com/ad_placement.php

I think your confused.... that $0.17c CPC is what is shown on your rate card to Advertisers that has nothing to do with your earnings. Use the earnings report to see your earnings.

We are an Ad Management Service.... we are geared to help you (the publisher) effectively sell ads on your site through Sponsored Ads. Network ads are provided as a "filler" so you can earn money while you are waiting for bookings and to contribute data for the statistics on your rate card.

The cost per click depends on a few things, the ad format and the targeting options (thats for run of network ads).

I'm assuming you are being served RON ads at the moment. As I have said, you need to direct these question to your account manager, because this is very specific, and we would need more information to help answer your questions.

    Contact your account manager here

RON ads are run of network, and are paid at a cost per click.

Read the Publisher and Advertiser FAQ, links on the main menu of the site on every page. That will explain how he system works.

The only way your going to make 20 cents plus per click on a standard banner in your vertical is to sell Sponsored Ads. Yours is a new site, so when your rate card updates, adjust your pricing to what you would like to achieve.

Your current RON click is 3.4 cents, which is on the money for the ad format and vertical of your site.

You contacted Dan, he will respond for sure.

OK cool, Dan will be very helpful.

In the meantime perhaps read the FAQ's and the blog for more information.
