Did anyone get a email from adtoll about "NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 20 OF THE PROPERTY LAW ACT 1969 (WA) - Acquisition of AdToll.com"? got me confused saying does the company own me money or do I own them the money cause I'm just a publisher...

What's that email saying about "required to make all payments which may accrue due by you under the Agreement as from and including October 8, 2008 direct to ADTOLL"
Why am I needing to make payments if I'm a publisher???

You received this message because recently AdToll was sold to a US company. The original creators of AdToll (PURPLEX PTY LTD) sold it to a US based company and have transferred them all the rights for the site.

So the email you received was just a notification email telling you about the change of ownership.

The message that you received about the payment actually means that all your remaining dues should be paid on the Adtoll.com site and to the new owners and not to the original creators (i.e. PURPLEX PTY LTD in this case).
