    Hi Guys
I cannot connect to the Adtoll website (www.adtoll.com)
It is giving me a connection timed out error.

Also, their ads on my website are timing out.

Anyone else have this problem ?

Hi everyone. As Paul mentioned we have not slept much we are currently in the process of resolving the issue which we hope we can do as quick as humanly possible.

Please be patient, we haven't gone anywhere!

We do know there are a lot of people relying on our service and we apologise for the downtime.

We will keep everyone posted through this thread.

I have personally been awake now since our servers went down which means I haven't slept in approx 35, and I am completely exhausted.

We are working tirelessly to have the issue resolved by our hosting company. Unfortunately it is taking some time due to the weekend and the time differences between us and them.

We will keep everyone updated via this thread so if you know anyone who uses AdToll please direct them here for the latest updates.

Ah, This is not good....AdToll is how I advertise all my sites and use their ads on my sites, This is causing my sites to load slowly and another company I use to advertise through (Games AdvertBox) uses AdToll in causing all those ads to run slow as well....Hopefully you guys get this backup, I am losing money and users.

    Regards,
    Carsen K.

Even if you are working 24x7, its disgusting that an ad company could have 35 hours of downtime under any circumstances. Pull your backups, put a new server online and restore the content there. 6 hours max. Change the DNS over, another hour. Done. I can't fathom how it could take 35 hours.

not sure if adtoll allows this but if you put your banners in an iframe it should also fix your problem.

wish you guys luck in getting your servers up soon
