    Dear New Owners of Adtoll,

see that little box on the top right hand corner of each page - its the Adtoll blog.
Blogs are used for communicating and informing and are very easy to use.

Since we live in what is referred to as the "Information Age", perhaps we could all receive some information via that little box in the corner.

Just a wild, crazy thought - will leave it with ya.

    Happy New Year everyone.

for now don't, if things get back to normal you definitely should, its great for publishers big or small, their marketplace will give your ad spots lot of exposure and everything is handled without your intervention, all that for 25% of the ad sale.

better do it quickly otherwise you will lose money if over few days

i have mentioned that something serious is going on and have often seen this kind of scenario just before a company is about to go under....with other people's money of course. I wish I had not sunk hundreds of $$ in this.

Just to let you know everyone, the ad has started.. :)

It wasn't started when I checked 4 hours ago, but now it says 6d 1 hr left, 8952 views, 14 clicks.. Seems that I lost nearly one day's ad..

Hope it goes well from here..

No such luck for me, none of my new ads have shown up. Old have stopped showing up. Not a single reply to several contact us tickets I opened with them. No refund.

Today I received the first mails once again - the welcome mail and the mail with the account manager appointed.

    Very strange!

I have received no reply to my enquiry.

Hey guys... just wanted to touch base with you all. I am in contact with the new owners and do not stress they are getting on top of things.

I am chasing them up and sorting out the communication issues on behalf of you all so please bare with me Ill sort it out.

I know they have had some upgrades and are still trying to iron out a few things and they do apologise but it is almost all resolved.

Problems do happen, thats understandable. You guys ran adtoll well and were very responsive, hence most users could be patient. But that does not mean that suddenly it is OK for new owners not to respond to support queries or evade contact or throw up filmsy excuses for not issueing refunds...even after a month.
It does not work that way I am afraid
