Hi all.... I have been very quite on this forum simply due to the fact I don't have the same amount of time to spend on here. Business is very busy and today we hit our one year birthday which is a huge milestone fo an ad network... the first year is extremely hard!

Today we officially released our PicText Ads Version 2 which is a huge upgrade to our existing PicText ad format. At the moment it is in BETA but we are calling on Publishers to give it a go!

Read more about it, including whats new on our blog at http://blog.adtoll.com/2008/06/23/pictext™-ads-version-2-beta-released/

Here's a small snippet from the blog entry though that will interest you the most:

    What’s different about Pictext™ Version 2?
    1) The ads are automatically served in an IFRAME so our ads to not slow your web site loading time.
    2) You will be served far more relevant and a higher volume of ads then ever before.
    3) You will see a better payout rates and payout rates will vary with niche.

If anyone has any questions please ask, otherwise we look forward to working with you and BETA testing this great new version of our PicText Ads!

The new PicText Version 2 has a lot more ad stock and we are working on a lot more.

The primary goal is to ensure no one sees default ads, our aim is a 100% fill rate.

Give it a go... its still in BETA so we are looking for feedback and also indication of ad relevancy/fill etc...

ates will depend largely on your niche exactly and your traffic and traffic quality. We have some publishers making up to 20c a click in particular niches. US/UK/CA traffic pays the most by far but our new ads do accommodate other countries but don't pay as well as those high quality Tier 1 countries.

    Q:

With banner ads why cant I set a default to another network for 300x250 size ads.

All other sizes allow defaulting to a second network.

    Thanks.

You can set a default ad for any of the banner ad group sizes.

Simply set your default ad weighting to 100%.

Although we recommend using a split weighting, if you are using default ads.
