AdToll not registering my clicks...

i am not sure if others notice it or not but AdToll stopped registering my clicks from yesterday... it was even down for few minutes yesterday i guess...

 

i think they are on do contact dem...

 

We had a couple of hours of downtime this morning yes so that must be what you are referring to. Everything has been sorted however.

Just so you all know we are actually now in the process of restructuring our architecture to cater for the growth and to deliver an even more quality network with better service and system performance.

 

but last night i didnt see any clicks as most of the click comes at night for me... normally i get 10 to 15 clicks at adtoll... but last night my clicks are 0... and i am sure i get at least 1 click last night... but since you explain it, so i guess my clicks will be register from tonight...

Paulie, your ad network is great. But you should get yourselves a better server. I has many downtimes and it's very slow at some parts of the day.

yes adtoll not registering my clicks too!!
already two days they not registering!

 

If you think there is an issue please contact your account manager from the site. Send us information on your site and why you think it is not registering clicks.

We find there is always a reason such as the clicks are on RON ads that are not from Tier 1 countries.

The system is all working fine for hundreds of sites and theres nothing to suggest anything is wrong.

As I said we always find there is a reason.

 

yes finally i see one click on my account but the strange thing is it register the click after 12 midnight... so on 23rd there is no click registered... i took a screen shot of my account..



i guess the problem was fixed...

 

This is exactly as you have stated. You get your clicks at the US peak time, which was when the server unavailable yesterday. Then this morning you received clicks again because the server was available. There was no "fix", this was simply related to the server being unavailable at that time yesterday.

In the future please contact your account manager and this would have been cleared up for you.

I am one account manager yes, but you should direct these questions directly to your account manager via the contact form on AdToll. You'll more than likely get a faster response time as well.

 

it seems, it has some problems..

 

AdToll is excellent and I'm pretty sure it calculates stats correctly because AdToll produces, exactly the same stats as my google analytics account. Btw how do you people know if people have clicked your ads unless of course you committed click fraud? Every day is a new day and gives your site new stats, so there is no guarantee that your site will get clicks unless you told someone to do so, which can get your account banned.

 

jigolo, there are no problems. I find that its more of an understanding problem, once a customer asks us the right questions we then educate them and things always turn out.

your cpc for adtoll seems very low..!!

 

yes i know its very low and the higest cpc i get is $0.03... but there service is good.... beside i am earning good from bidvertiser and text link... and text links are paying really high.... check out my signature and start to sell text link ads....
