Yep, thats fine, you can still setup an ad group and get them running, we serve ads immediately, there no waiting.

 

but i see (yoslive (Awaiting Approval) ) ... whats awating approval ??

 

It means an Account Manager has not yet reviewed your site. Sites are reviewed within 24 hours.
