we launched AdToll with an affiliate program which was great and allowed our publishers to increase their earning potential. Since our launch we have received a lot of feedback about various aspects of our platform, one of them being the affiliate program. In response we are restructuring our affiliate program which we are sure everyone will be happy with. Also, legacy affiliate banners, Ad groups or Cardlets do NOT need to be updated, it's all backwards compatible. (I have had this question a few times)
