Is their signup forms working? Advertiser and Publisher signup forms look identical. And at the top of Publisher Signup form it says "If you would like to become an Advertiser on Adsung then please fill out the following application form. " http://www.adsung.com/signup/publisher.php
Are you sure you are looking at the right page? I just checked and it said: "If you would like to become a Publisher on Adsung then please fill out the following application form. Once we receive your application to become a publisher then we will assess if your applicable to advertise within the Adsung network and we will then inform you of our decision usually within 48 hours depending how quickly our staff can get to your application."
