    No you didn't.., anywho I advise you to ass <input type='password' .... /> to your password for publisher, don't want people knowing my pass if its all of a sudden pop up in a input once a friend of some sort uses my computer or what not.

    It can take upto 48 hours depending the level of applications that need reviewing, sometimes if we recieve your application during a batch of applications we can fast track your application and approve/disapprove you
