I agree with you but adbrite CPC is too low though they give good $ full banner or interstitial impression ...
My website has also adbrite and I am happy with them and they are much clean about reports and earning..
Adsense is no doubt best and I agree with you that Adbrite is best alternatives and
I also recommend you to use contextweb and set your own CPM and back fill with adbrite or adsense ads code

AdStract is all about video views - CPV.


To be honest you could remove most of the differant ad tags. All you need is the smart tag (300+250) and/or the video overlay tag if you have video content on your website.


If you you just put the 300+250 smart tag, prominantly on the mid or upper part of your page, you'll find your earnings increase's a lot.


AdStract pay anything from $0.4 to $0.9 cents per individual video view so with AdStract your potentially looking a multiple video views day after day after day if they have a campaign in your location.


You do have huge earning potential with AdStract, but you have to know how to make them work for you.

 

Can AdStract videos start automatically? Or does the user have to click them?

 

No, the user has to play them (the player is typically a YouTube player) But thats not a problem, because most people, when they hit on a website, will be natually curious when they see a media player and will usually play the video to see what its all about.


Its much more likely that people will play a video ad than click on an AdSense banner.


The key is to have the right tag in the right place. And obviously you need to be getting traffic from locations where AdStract is running campaigns for (they always seem to have campaigns for US, UK, Europe and Australian traffic from what I've seen in the past few weeks)

 

What kind of CPMs are you getting with Adbrite? I've thought about trying them out but I haven't heard a lot of good things from the reviews I've read see here, http://adjackal.com/listings/view/AdBrite. Are they better than adsense or just an alternative if you get banned by google?

Just to confirm I've just recieved my first (check) payment from AdStract. Great service and a great network.


The check arrived amazingly quickly as well, so once again, delighted with the service.

 

I would go with CPM Fun

 

as I promised before, that I would post here again once adstract paid me, well they just did.

below is the proof of payment



my conclusion:
pro:
they DO pay
their report is clean and pretty accurate
I can check my daily impression, clicks, and conversions
good customer service (they would e-mail you personally to help you with your revenue)

cons:
must reach $100 before they issue a payment
cpm not as high as, say adbrite or adsense
mostly video ads (which has sound and can be a bit annoying, slows down your page load a bit as well)

that's my review of adstract, would I recommend it? if you are looking for alternative for adsense or adbrite then YES, but if your pages already load slower than other sites, I wouldn't recommend it, as some of the video ads will slow down your pages even further.

 

Last 3 month i worked with adstract.adk2 and i earned 548$ but adstract.adk2 don't sent me that payment.

Thats strange. I've recieved two payments since I started working working with AdStract in April and they have always payed on time (I get payed with check, so it takes about five days to a week to arrive)

They have been very good payers for me.


Perhaps you should contact your account manager? I'm sure they will be more than happy to advise you on the status of your payment.

 

Always paid on the 11th of the month like clockwork great company I recommend.
