Hi I was just searching google and I spotted an Adwords ad for AdSmart. They seem new, but are they really? Has anyone used them? If yes, how are they're pay rates? Are you statisfied? For the people that do not know AdSmart, the URL is www.adsmart.net. I just applied for an account to test them out. The application is pretty long. It took me a few minutes to complete.
