I will recommend to spend some time on your site content, post some more content, post links at forums and blogs. Make it popular, bring some traffic and then apply again for adsense account.

May be They don't approve you because:
your site is not 6 months old
Your post content is not unique
your article length is not more than 400 words
Your Site Design is so poor

    Try to correct these problems.
Adsense want unique and informative sites.

you should have enough post to qualify for adsense. if you have enough post you will be accepted within 12 hrs. so add posts rather than images and videos:(

Google hardly approve adsense for theme like celebrities, movies, downloads and casino etc. Try to make site on some other theme and post good quality content at site... wait for 6-12 months for the domain to get some real traffic etc and then apply for adsense approval.

There are many blogger who want's to get the Adsense Account Back or in other words they want a new account after getting banned.

You need to do some thing In proper words follow some steps.

    1. Take a deep breath.
    2. Open the PC
    3. Delete cookies, temp files, browsers cookies and all.
    4. If possible then even do some tweaks with IP Address and al
l5. Put off your PC for 1 Hour and Router/Modem also for 1 Hours
    6. Then open PC and Router (Restart router for 3 times :p My personal superstition :p)
    7. Make a new email (Don't use that Gmail or Google Account which is banned, Mean to say don't open that account now just forget that)
    8. Sign up for Google Adsense (Soon gonna release some tricks over my dedicated Adsense blog)
    9. Use same name and address but if possible then different phone number.
    10. Complete all things and take a gaming session of Call Of Duty :p
    11. You will receive account activation soon.

Now, When to do and after what process?

Do it when you able to find out the probability of what is the reason for the ban!

    1. Copied Content
    2. Invalid Clicks by you
    3. Click bombardment by your relative or friends or enemies.
    4. Hate speech against Google
    5. Copyright or new privacy policy breaking
    6. Malware (This maybe the new issue as visitors don't like to see malwared sites so it also not benefitted for Advertisers also)

It will be good if you apply after April :)Hope this will help you :)

If any help needed then post on Techism and Will Reply there :)

Doesn't amaze me, "lvl of intelligence" kind of hits the reason on the head... they're the same morons that use very old techniques for back links and spam my blogs daily... On a another level - I have sold some decent sites to them and similar origins - they destroy the site in a day with Pop-ups, 4 or 5 ad's per page and then query me on the legitimacy of the traffic before they owned it...

lol ya I've seen that too. I think the issue with them is patience. They want and need to make the money too fast rather than be patient and do things the right way.
I will say not 100% of them, just close to it.

Take this dude for example: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2434106 - claims to be making 1k per day from adsense, from a Tulisa sex tape, he did have some good traffic, but instead of focusing on the content of his site, he tried to milk the earnings, for example Yesterday he took down the main videos and had just ad units where the player was... then today he has two ad units above the fold and above the video... http://www.ukgrime.com/tv/videodetails.php?vid=60&vct=MQ==

It's typical, he starts seeing some nice coin, gets excited about making coin and tries to capitalize... on the cash. Instead of focusing on retaining the traffic for the future - he is thinking short term... could have had a decent site, but instead he's tortured the visitors with ad's, provided nothing of use to them... they wont return and he has blown his chance... the site now looks shit and has nothing of value... when Google does the audit on his site - he will be banned and then he'll complain cos he lost thousands of dollars.

I was monitoring his traffic, but he's now deleted the stats from his main footer - after I called him out for exaggerating it... the sad thing is, he'll probably sell it now to some poor sucker...
